Cooking in el Celler dels Joglars is based in first-class products and a correct application of technical procedures.
We can offer you a not very big carte, but every week we added new suggestiosn to complete it.
The quality of our products offers you a balanced and healthy cooking.
Fresh dish comes every thursday from la lonja de Barcelona.
Lamb and veal meat comes from "la Vall Fosca" , a virgin valley near us, where animals feed in Pirineo mountain meadows.
Colt comes from Rialp. We guarantee that some days before they were running in la
Vall d'Àssua.
Vegetables and fruits come from Lleida market (only fresh season products)
The rest of products are selected very carefully to get a perfect symbiosis in the art of cooking.
We have the most modern tecnology in cooking systems, but we never forget where we are and our origins.So we can cook using vacuum-packed technology or using the typical wood cooking to prepare a "civet" or a stew.
